How to Make an Appointment

Our healthcare team comprises a wide range of professionals who are here to support you with all your healthcare needs.

For day to day appointments you might be seen by either a nurse or a doctor depending on the nature of the problem. Our practice nurse team are specially trained to assess and treat a wide range of health conditions meaning that it will not always be necessary to see a doctor.

On the day Patients can book an appointment on the day from 08:00 by calling 0208 630 3488 or by calling into the practice.
Commuter and extended hours Surgeries For those patients who are not able to see the doctor during  working hours, we  offer an early morning commuter service on Mondays and on Thursdays mornings between 07:00 – 08:00.

We are also open on Saturdays between 8.00 – 12.00.

Nurse Appointments The Practice Nurses can help you with a range of issues from health management to vaccinations.
Book in Advance We reserve a number of appointments for advance booking.  Please phone the practice on 0208 630 3488 for more information.
Out of Hours If you have an urgent health problem which cannot wait until the surgery is open please call 111 or 020 3402 1111. View details of Walk in Centres at  West Middlesex Hospital – Urgent Care Centre or at Teddington Memorial Minor Injuries Unit.
Online Services Patients can book appointments up to 2 weeks in advance and from 20:00 the night before using our online booking system.

Let us know if:

  • We will ring you back. Tell us if your call is an emergency
  • more than one person in the family needs to be seen. We can offer individual  appointments
  • you feel you require more time with a clinician please mention this at the time of booking your appointment
  • you want someone to accompany you during an examination or chaperone during a consultation
  • you require an interpreter/advocate/British Sign Language interpreter or any other special requirments

You can help us by:

  • being on time for your appointment
  • letting us know in advance if you need to cancel, so that an appointment is not wasted
  • be clear you want to discuss so that you get the most out of your appointment time

Please remember:

  • that children under 16 will need to be accompanied by an adult

Speak to a doctor on the Telephone

The doctors are available to speak to patients on the telephone but remember interruptions during the surgery are upsetting for both doctors and patients. If your call is not urgent you may be asked to phone at a later time or the Doctor/Nurse will call you back.  Please avoid telephoning for results of tests before 14:30pm.
