Nursing Team
The Nurses are shared equally between the three practices within the health centre. They are all highly qualified and are specifically available for blood pressure checks, ear syringing, smears, travel immunisations, influenza injections as well as tetanus boosters, rubella testing and vaccinations. They also help with various aspects of family planning.
The Nurses also have clinic appointments suitable for health screening. This includes routine checks for all new patients, health checks and dietary advice. They also counsel on giving up smoking and alcohol. Our Practice Nurses will advise, in conjunction with the doctors, on asthma, diabetes, blood pressure, cholesterol and heart disease.

Sarah Herdman
Sarah is our Practice Manager. She is responsible for the day to day running of the practice. She is available to answer queries about the practice and general services through the National Health Service and will help you by liaising with many of the other services and members of the Primary Health Care Team. She has been with the practice since December 2017 and made Practice Manager in 2022.

Healthcare Team
Community Midwives
The midwife will share in your ante-natal care with your doctor and in some cases she may deliver your baby. Antenatal Clinics are held at Maswell Park Health Centre on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
The midwife is available during ante-natal clinics or at West Middlesex on 020 8321 5007.
Community Nurses
This group of nurses work with your doctor in caring for you at home when needed.

Health Visitors
The Health Visitors take a special interest in the under fives and their mothers. They help with preventative advice for the elderly. They also run ante-natal classes for expectant mothers and support groups for new mothers.
They run a baby clinic on Mondays: 13:30 – 15:00 pm.
